- Dhanvataree is cloud based online web application but we
do also support on-premise installation so that you can use it offline mode but still it will need
internet connection to validate your subscription.
- What are the payment modes?
- We have integrated payment gateway so payments will be
online we support all type of cards and UPI as well
- Do you provide any training on how to use this
software?
- Yes, though we say our software is as easy as using
Whatsapp, but still we provide the basic training and our support team is available 24/7 for all your
queries.

- Can we customise the forms?
- Yes, we have patient visit record and each visit has 4
steps - Questionnaire, Diagnosis, Treatment and Billing Step, You can fully customise Questionnaire step
the way you want, you can even have multiple(Up to 3) pages for questionnaire.
- Do you provide reports in your application?
- Yes you can extract all the different lists that we show
in our application e.g. patient list, visit list, patient register in excel and pdf format
- Please explain the pricing.
- We have 3 different plans based on the features that you
avail, we charge monthly for the subscription, you can pay even for longer terms, we charge per doctor so if
you have multiple doctors in your organisation who are going to use the application then you have to buy
multiple seats. e.g. if you have 3 doctors, 1 receptionist and 1 manager in your clinic and if you
purchase basic plan then your total monthly cost will be 3*900 = 2700. You get one additional per doctor free, so we won't charge you extra for receptionist and manager. but make sure that their number should not be more than that of a doctors. if you
buy longer term then you will get good discount on this. e.g. 10% for 1 year. If you are a large clinic or
a hospital with more than 50 users, please contact us for the pricing.
- Sharing credentials between multiple users.
- Technically you can do that but then you compromise the
security of the application, we have
role based authorisation. For now, we support 4 roles -
- 1. Doctor
- 2. Receptionist
- 3. Manager
- 4. Admin
Based on these roles their access to the application is restricted e.g. Admin can perform all
activities and Receptionist has very limited access. So by sharing the credentials you compromise
this feature of Role based access.
- How does your pricing accommodate multiple doctors and additional staff accounts?

Our pricing is structured per doctor's account, meaning you pay for each doctor using the application. However, we also include one additional account at no extra cost, which can be utilized by a manager, receptionist, or other staff working closely with the doctor. This additional account is fully featured with slightly reduced capabilities compared to a doctor's account, yet it provides all necessary functionalities.
- Advice on subscriptions per doctor.
