Does Dhanvantaree work for hospitals, not just clinics?
Yes — Dhanvantaree is designed for both. Solo clinics use the OPD workflow, while hospitals get the full suite: IPD admission, inpatient timeline, bed and ward management, pharmacy, and pathology lab — all in one subscription.
What does the IPD module include?
The IPD module covers the entire inpatient lifecycle — patient admission, bed assignment, ward rounds, doctor's notes, nursing observations, diet charts, and discharge summaries. Everything is recorded in a timestamped timeline visible to the whole care team.
Is it online software or does it work offline?
Dhanvantaree is a cloud-based web application accessible from any browser. We also support on-premise installation for facilities that need local hosting, though an internet connection is required to validate your subscription.
Can we customise the visit forms for our specialty?
Absolutely. Each visit type has a fully drag-and-drop customizable form with up to 3 pages for the clinical questionnaire step. OPD and IPD forms can be configured independently — so your orthopaedic ward can look completely different from your maternity ward.
How does pricing work for a hospital with many doctors?
The Essential plan charges ₹900/month per doctor and includes one additional staff account per doctor at no extra cost. For high-volume setups, our FlexiVisit plan charges ₹5 per OPD visit and ₹25 per IPD patient per day — no per-doctor fee. Large facilities with 50+ users get a custom Enterprise quote.
Do you provide reports?
Yes — visit reports, invoice reports, collections, outstanding dues, and more. Export to CSV or download Tally-compatible XML directly from the reports section. No manual compilation needed.
Do we get any discount on upfront payments?
You get 10% off on annual payments. Multi-year terms (3 or 5 years) are available at higher discounts — reach out to support@dhanvantaree.com for a quote.
Can we migrate data from our existing software?
Yes, we offer a paid data migration service (one-time cost starting at ₹2,500). The fee varies based on your data's complexity. Contact our team to discuss your requirements before you sign up.
