Is Dhanvantaree an offline or online software?

Dhanvantaree is primarily a cloud-based online web application. While designed for online use, it also supports on-premise installation for offline operation. However, even in offline mode, an internet connection is required to validate your subscription.

What are the payment modes?

We offer online payments through our integrated payment gateway, supporting all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI transactions.

Do you provide any training on how to use the software?

Yes, we provide basic training on how to use the software, despite its intuitive design akin to WhatsApp. Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist with any queries or issues you may encounter. Additionally, a demo link will be available soon to further familiarize users with our software.

Do we get any discount on upfront payments?

Certainly! We offer a 10% discount on annual payments. Additionally, you have the option to pay for 3 years or 5 years upfront. For more details on discounted pricing, please contact us at support@amsainfotech.com.

Can we customise the forms?

Yes, in Dhanvantaree, we provide a customizable patient visit record with four essential steps: Questionnaire, Diagnosis, Treatment, and Billing. You have full control to customize the Questionnaire step according to your preferences, including the ability to create multiple pages (up to 3) for the questionnaire.

Do you provide reports in your application?

Yes, you can generate reports directly within our application. You can extract various lists such as patient lists, visit lists, and patient registers in both Excel and PDF formats for easy access and analysis.

Please explain the pricing.

We offer three different plans tailored to the features you choose. Our subscription is charged monthly, but you can opt for longer terms for additional savings. Pricing is based per doctor; if you have multiple doctors using the application, you'll need to purchase multiple seats. For example, if you have 3 doctors, 1 receptionist, and 1 manager on the basic plan, your total monthly cost would be calculated as 3 * 900 = 2700. Each subscription includes accounts for both doctors and additional staff like receptionists and managers at no extra charge, provided their number does not exceed that of the doctors. For longer-term subscriptions, we offer discounts, such as a 10% discount for a 1-year commitment. If you are a large clinic or hospital with more than 50 users, please contact us directly for customized pricing options.

Sharing credentials between multiple users.

Technically, it is possible to share credentials among users, but doing so compromises the security of the application. We implement role-based authorization to ensure secure access. Currently, we support four roles:

  • 1. Doctor
  • 2. Receptionist
  • 3. Manager
  • 4. Admin
Each role has specific access permissions tailored to their responsibilities. For instance, the Admin role can perform all activities, while the Receptionist role has limited access. Sharing credentials undermines this role-based access control system and is not recommended for maintaining security and data integrity within the application.
Advice on subscriptions per doctor.

Due to our competitive pricing, we strongly advise obtaining separate subscriptions for each doctor. This approach ensures optimal efficiency and reduces the risk of misuse, which can impact both your operations and our ability to provide effective service.

Can we migrate data from our existing software to yours?

Yes, we offer data migration services for an additional one-time cost. The cost varies depending on the complexity and structure of your existing data. Please contact us for further details and to discuss your specific requirements.

How does your pricing accommodate multiple doctors and additional staff accounts?

Our pricing is structured per doctor's account, meaning you pay for each doctor using the application. However, we also include one additional account at no extra cost, which can be utilized by a manager, receptionist, or other staff working closely with the doctor. This additional account is fully featured with slightly reduced capabilities compared to a doctor's account, yet it provides all necessary functionalities.
